30 days left in Sg for the rest of this year and this 30 days, I think it'll pass by really quick.
Not sure to feel excited for what's to come or to feel sad for what's left behind.
But I hope to make full use of this 30 days.
Starting with packing my luggageS. 30kg to fill up!
Many many things to bring, just in case they don't have.
That aside, I've quit my part time job which some people may have coincidentally seen me working.
Wouldn't say much about that job other than that I get to have free ice cream whenever I work! Yum yum.
Then again, I grew bored of eating the same things after a month or so.
It has its good and bad, but some things are difficult to say.
Facing all these for 4 months or so and now, I'm missing ice cream more than ever! (because it's free, hehe)
_______________________________________________________
I'm just going to do some really short updates about the past month and what has been happening.
Barely stayed home but I'm so glad that I can now and for a good 3 days.
All that going out makes me spend way too much than I should and those temptation to just buy anything and everything is evil.
Well, in no order at all because I can't remember, but I'll just update about what there is!
One of the nights before I had work the next morning, met Ches for dinner at Nex.
After which we watched 2 movies at a really impromptu decision.
Completing TFIOS, came out, saw that 22 Jump Street is showing 20-30 mins later, we decided to catch it as well.
Obviously doing that meant that I would kill myself at work, because the movie ended at 1-ish, and I literally had a hard time getting through work.
Worth the impromptu decision tho.
Another day, a fine Saturday afternoon, I spent it at Nicoll Highway.......
To get photos and to take a look at the guns that were used during National Day.
Almost all the army boys there were clad in Number 1 and it's no wonder why it's only saved for special occasions.
One of the weeks, my Aussie relatives came to pay a visit before they went off to HK.
That week, spent a couple nights and days with them, having meals and whatnot.
Even visited Charlyn's parents' shop and got some durians from them, yum yum!
Really good variety of durians, not usually a fan of it but I must say, it was so yummy :)
One of the Wednesday nights, I had it spent with this bunch to chill and drink.
I could get used to this kind of life, relaxing and rewarding at the same time.
Only that, I would need to spend bucks to get drinks and snacks because I am a glutton.
A mixture of a few days where I met Ches for brunch, a very rare occasion.
The very few times where I get to see him in the day, lol.
And another day, where we had platters for dinner after mass.
Seafood seafood seafood. Not my kind of favourite food, but make do.
Fishy fishy oyster taste..... ulkkkkk. :(
Spent one of the Friday nights with my favourite boys at 85.
A great time to catch up and talk about nonsense and laughing over ZX being ZX.
Desserts after that at Milk & Honey. Earl Grey, yum yum.
Also, before that, I had spent another night with Marc at Udders for some awesome flavours! GOOD LORD.
Been having ice cream almost every other day since I quit and it's a very sinful decision because I am paying!!!
And paying a lot more just to satisfy them cravings. :(
But it is worth me wasting my money. Ice Cream all day err day.
Had a couple of days that I spent it with Nat.
One of it was our random decision to meet and to try llao llao.
Everyone have heard of it, yes, the very very overrated froyo.
Thank god there wasn't a very long queue for this when I went, because I think it's just like any other normal froyo.
Not a hater, but not one of those crazy girls who go all loving it and wanting it so badly. No.
After finishing that, us being lazy us, we continued on our journey to have fries.
Gluttons for punishments? Totally. We deserve it.
It's always eating and eating and eating when I'm with this girl even if we planned to shop.
Anyway, we got ourselves a friendship key and I promised to bring it wherever I go. :)
So we had a little OOTD because we bought the keys. Cute huh? :)
I also spent one of the Saturdays with her at Geylang's huge pasar palam just to hunt for coconut ice cream.
Yes, I know, ice cream again. We really eat way too much.
Finishing our ice creams, we proceeded to spend around $15 each on food to bring back home.
Malay food is so extra yummy I can't even explain!
That night, went back to TICS and had a very impromptu decision to have a drink at Bugis.
I did and it was a lazy night for me with this bunch, while they went to dum chi dum chi.
2 weeks ago, after submitting my visa applications and stuff, (yes I know it's very late alr), I went to meet Nat and Kim.
While waiting for them, I had 2 soft boiled eggs and toast.
After meeting them, we walked around and chanced upon this cute Mr Bean cafe and we had some ice cream waffles.
YES YES YES AGAIN. I know, a lot of days are spent around ice cream. :( :)
After finishing that, we popped by a random cafe and had truffle fries. HAHA.
Finishing that and also Nat who can't stay out late, Kim and I continued our journey of food.
Had a very delicious burger at Garden slug, followed by waffle ice cream, again at ICC. LOL.
Yes, kill my already but pls don't judge me. (Tho I know everyone's gna judge me for this post)
This very long post of food and nothing but food food food. OH YEAH.
2 Wednesdays ago, I had spent the night with Marc and ZX to some Jap food at tamp.
Been ages since I went there and oh them memories.
Dined at MOF, with our cute little bentos and Marc having some hot pot thing!
A good dinner and great company. I'd always choose them over partying any time.
Or I could just party with them hehe.
Anywayyyyyy, after dinner, we popped by the basement of tamp and got ice cream because 1 for 1. HAHA.
No pictures, yes I got it, no more pictures of ice cream pls. Hehe.
Last week, I had spent one of the evenings with the girls having a really delicious dinner.
Japanese buffet dinner at Momoya. Never heard of it until that day.
But it is pretty good. A variety of food to choose from. Yum yum yum.
Loved their cold soba and this pink coloured pasta thingy which I forgot the name of it.
And yes, you got it, we went for some ice cream after that.
Even managed to get one free cup of ice cream hehe.
Last Wednesday, I finally met Matin after what seemed like years! Prolly grad day.
Took me so long and it was so difficult to meet this boy but we went on a little shopping spree and then eat!!!
Walked from Orchard to Somerset shopping and talking nonsense all the way.
Tried the Spanish Doughnuts, anddddd I'm sorry I'm not a fan.
It was really good for the first few bites with the chocolate dippings, but after a while, the oil in it gets to me.
Had made our tummy very upset with that strong taste of oil and we had a bad aftermath.
Well, at least it looks good in photos...
After that, we walked to Plaza Sing in the search for some food and we settled at Dome.
A place I never thought I would ever try, but thank god for their teas which cleared our throats and tummy!
Yummy dinner.
Walked back to Somerset after that and had a very impromptu decision to go zouk that night.
Didn't regret it until the crowd got to me and it's :(
Anw, spent the next day with the classmates and playing with some dogs.
A really gloomy and tiring day. Getting up on the wrong side of bed and the dogs didn't really want me.
Depressing :(
But had a good cup of tea there where we stayed for a couple hours just trying to bribe the dogs to come.
So glad my sensitivity didn't act up. Hehe.
Ended off that day with dinner at KFC, very unexpectedly and also a good relaxing breather at ECP.
Just sucking in all the freshness and also the very cold sea breeze. Brr.
Good day and good ending.
Oh, I am Groot :)
Totally adorable movie and very funny.
Okay, I am so lazy to type anymore, short updates about different dates with different people.
29 days to departure!
