Coming back from Krabi I had 1 major thing to prepare for in June, but I shall save that post for next time.
Krabi was one amazing getaway where I wish all my getaways felt that way.
Coming back to reality, I had work the very next day after arrival. :(
First week of June was one busy busy week for me.
Worked for an event, Nomura Investment Conference, or whatever it is.
Started off with day 1, training.
Ant and I were late because of walking the wrong way, ended up getting judged by the stupid fruit.
Training went on and work day 1 came.
Could feel the amount of judgements they make on me that I don't even feel like seeing their faces ever.
2 person's name and face that are blacklisted on my own list. Annoyed.
Anyhow, celebrated Angie's 20th birthday after work at TICS on her actual birthday!
Been quite some time since I met all my girls and this was a pleasant surprise that we could all make it.
Being later than the rest since I was going from work, I had decided to meet them at PS Cafe.
However, the 4 blur girls got their directions wrong and walked the wrong way instead. :')
It was a good night to just chill, eat, catch up and just to enjoy each other's company.
Good food, great company, fantastic ambience.
I love this place more each time I visit, and this is the second time I'm there for a birthday.
We had ordered 3 mains and 2 desserts with a huge portion of truffle fries (madly loving fries).
Reason for 3 mains was because we are girls and we can't eat much stereotyping.
We popped on 2 candles after we ate because Mel remembered that she brought candles.
Making the best out of it. Haha.
Love them girls and their company each time.
Took a bus back, and had a surprise for Angie after!
Because of her proactive boyfriend who had us gathered with his friends, we had managed to successfully surprise her!
While we were waiting for the Aunty Angie to cut her cake and getting disturbed by her other friends.
It was a great way to end the day and specially for the birthday girl.
Getting through the rough first week of June, second week was much better.
Had a mini staycation with my all-time favourite boys!
Started the Monday with work and an impromptu stayover at the boy's place because he had sore eye in camp and got sent home.
Tuesday was when the staycation happened! :)
Got home to get my stuff and off I went to MBS to look for the boys who already checked in.
Catching them at lunch, we went to buy some snacks and then back to the room.
The room was amazing! Better than our last stay there!
Pardon the messy bed that was already crashed by the guys.
Anyhow... being old as we are, went back to get some rest before we went up to the infinity pool!!!!
Never had I expected there to be so many people and only then did it hit me that it was June holidays.
Filled with tourists and kids and so many Chinese it was really annoying.
Sadly, there weren't any sun-beds available.
Nonetheless, as the sun was setting, people were leaving too so we found ourselves a place! :)
Enjoyed the pool, weather, skyline and the setting sun. It was awesome.
Love them boys always.
Ended our day with shiok maki and playing soccer at wisma with Belle and YZ.
The sushi that never fails me no matter how long the queue is.
It was a great night and we ended it off in the simplest way, Sleeping. :)
Much love for this boy since forever! Always being retarded in ways I never understood.
Until the next time with them, I love my friends more than anything else even tho I am so bad at showing it.
